Warranty Coverage:
Bestbomg warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of time from the date of shipment. Below are the details:

1-Year Full Warranty: Free parts, free repair service, and free shipping for up to one year from the purchase date. If the product needs replacement, a same-model replacement will be provided at no charge.

1-2 Years Limited Warranty: Free parts, free repair, and free shipping at the buyer's expense. Products eligible for this warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge for parts, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

1-Year Warranty for Kits: All kits come with a 1-year full warranty covering parts, repair, and shipping at no cost to the buyer.

1-3 Years Limited Warranty: After the first year, we offer a trade-in service for new products at a 30%-50% discount.

Non-Electrical Products/Accessories: No warranty is provided for non-electrical products or accessories. If you receive a package with missing items or damaged products due to logistics, please contact us within 7 days, and we will replace the items at no additional cost.
Warranty Terms:

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly through Bestbomg’s official sales site.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, such as natural elements, human error, unauthorized use, or any other circumstances beyond Bestbomg’s reasonable control.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

Your order number, purchase platform, and email address used for the purchase.

A detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos demonstrating the problem.

Photos of all labels on the original box (if retained).

Relevant proof of the defective product (photos and videos help expedite the process).

Inspection: Bestbomg may request the return of the product for inspection. However, no product will be accepted for return or inspection without a Return Request from the Bestbomg Solutions Team.

Shipping: Bestbomg offers free components/accessories for up to 2 years for products shipped from China. The buyer is responsible for all related costs, including shipping fees, customs, and import taxes.
Warranty Limitations:
