Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, indicating that we've received your order and payment.
  • Product Availability: We will verify the availability of your items with our warehouse. If the product is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you immediately, offering the choice to wait or request a refund.
  • Shipment Processing: If the product is available, it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. For items marked as preorders, shipping will occur within 2 weeks of your order.
  • Additional Shipping Charges: Bestbomg reserves the right to notify you of any additional shipping fees based on the carrier and the products ordered. You will be informed of the exact cost before shipment.
  • Order Modifications: If you wish to modify or cancel your order, you may do so for a full refund before shipment is processed.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email within 36 business hours after processing. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
  • Follow-up Notifications: We will send you delivery updates and reminders to pick up your package on time. Ensure your email and phone are active to receive these notifications.
  • Tracking Issues: If you do not receive a tracking number or it’s not working after 3 business days, please contact us at support@bestbomg.com. We will assist you within 12 business hours.

Order Changes

  • Requesting Changes: If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately after realizing the need for a change. Once the order has been shipped, changes may not be possible, and there may be additional charges.

  • Canada: 3-8 business days
  • Australia: 4-8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3-8 business days
  • European Union: 3-10 business days
  • Russia: 5-10 business days
  • Japan: 3-10 business days
  • Thailand: 3-10 business days
Shipping Locations: We ship from both our China Warehouse (Factory) and U.S. Warehouse, supporting global delivery.
  • Processing Time: All shipments are made within 3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes.
  • Shipping Carriers: We typically use UPS or USPS for deliveries.

Missing Packages

If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please follow these steps:
  1. Check your surroundings and ask anyone at your location if they received the package.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to report a missing package for quicker updates.
  3. Email us at support@bestbomg.com to report the issue. We will assist you promptly.
Note: Bestbomg is not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If your package is lost, we may require up to 30 days to investigate.

Disclaimers

  • Shipping Delays: Unforeseen circumstances like severe weather or delivery carrier failures may cause unexpected delays. We strive to notify you of any significant delays.
  • PO Box Addresses: Most carriers do not ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box, we will contact you for an alternative address.
  • International Orders: Import taxes or duties may apply, and customers are responsible for these additional charges.
