Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Final Sale Items: Bestbomg Grow Tents and Grow Tents included in Grow Tent Kits are FINAL SALE. However, if there are defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items, and we’ll assist you.

Return Shipping Fees: Bestbomg does not cover the return shipping fees for personal returns (i.e., returns made because the item is no longer needed or desired). If the item is defective or damaged (with proof), we will provide a return shipping label.

Special Return Instructions for Shipments from China

No Returns for Goods Shipped from China: Once items are shipped from China, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that you have the necessary customs clearance capabilities before completing the order.

Non-delivery Due to Buyer’s Fault: If goods are unable to be delivered due to errors on the buyer’s part (e.g., incorrect address or customs issues), no refund will be issued for any fees paid.
