Terms and Conditions of Returns

  • Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Final Sale Items: Bestbomg Grow Tents and Grow Tents included in Grow Tent Kits are FINAL SALE. However, if there are defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items, and we’ll assist you.
  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned items, a full refund will be processed within 1 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Bestbomg does not cover the return shipping fees for personal returns (i.e., returns made because the item is no longer needed or desired). If the item is defective or damaged (with proof), we will provide a return shipping label.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Bestbomg Service: Please emaill us at support@bestbomg.com before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
When contacting us, please provide:
  • Your order number, purchase platform, order email, and any other relevant details.
  • A brief description of the issue (if applicable). Photos and/or videos of the issue and the labels on the original packaging are essential for faster processing.
Return Address: Different regions may have different return addresses. Please request the correct return shipping information before returning any merchandise.

Special Return Instructions for Shipments from China

  • No Returns for Goods Shipped from China: Once items are shipped from China, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that you have the necessary customs clearance capabilities before completing the order.
  • Non-delivery Due to Buyer’s Fault: If goods are unable to be delivered due to errors on the buyer’s part (e.g., incorrect address or customs issues), no refund will be issued for any fees paid.
