Warranty Policy
Providing Warranty:
Subject to the following provisions, Bestbomg warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a certain period of time from the date of shipment from Bestbomg. Details are as follows:
Products are covered by a three (2) year limited warranty that covers
1 year. Full Warranty: Free Parts, Free Repair Service, Free Shipping.
(1)-(2) years. Limited Warranty: Free parts, repair and shipping at buyer's expense.
All kits come with a one (1) year full warranty.
1) Year. Full Coverage Warranty. Same model available at no charge. If the buyer wishes to replace the product, he/she is responsible for any product upgrade costs that may be incurred.
(1)-(3) years. LIMITED WARRANTY: Trade-in service is available for new products at a 30-50% discount.
Non-Electrical Products (and/or Accessories): No warranty. If you receive a package with missing accessories or if the product is damaged due to logistics, please contact us within 7 days and we will replace or ship the missing item to you.
Warranty applies only to the following
Sold through Bestbomg's direct sales site.
The product is installed in an application where the ambient conditions are within the range of the intended operating conditions.
Product failure is not due to external causes, including natural elements, human damage, improper or unauthorized use, or any other circumstances beyond Bestbomg's reasonable control. Sufficient operating records must be made available to Bestbomg upon request to verify that the

Please note
Warranty claims regarding products must be submitted in writing to Bestbomg Aftermarket [support@bestbomg.com] or an authorized sales representative within (30) days of discovery of the defect or malfunction.
Bestbomg may request that the Product be returned for inspection and verification of non-conformity, but will not accept any Product for inspection, verification or return unless accompanied by a "Return Request" from the Bestbomg Solutions Team.
Bestbomg reserves the right to modify or terminate this Limited Warranty without notice, but any such modification or termination shall be effective only with respect to any Product purchased after such modification or termination.

(1) Your order information. Include your order number, purchase platform, and order email.
(2) A detailed description of the problem with pictures and/or video.
(3) Photos of all labels on the original box. (if retained)
(4) Relevant proof of the faulty/defective product. Photos and videos will help our team provide warranty service faster.
Shipments from China: Bestbomg offers free components/accessories for 2 years only, provided that the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred - including shipping costs, customs fees, etc.
